Jimmy was an excellent tour guide and he brought us to different spots and gave us a lot of details. Very approachable and friendly person! Tour itself was also great as there were time for us to walk around on our own and the wine session was amazing!
Would do it again! Great day trip. Could have used another hour in the little town we stopped at but overall the stops were all good. Great interesting commentary from the driver. So much easier than driving yourself, parking, etc. Price was fair.

Had the lunch included as well as the trip behind the falls. Very well organised, except at the Sheraton the waiter squeezed 6 strangers onto one table half with no view, despite 90 percent of the restaurant being empty. Main buffet was lovely but the desserts were forgettable. Definitely would do this trip again but be assertive about seating if they aren’t full. Chester the guide and yuri the driver were fabulous.

Driver amazing! Falls Beautiful. Don’t book the dinner option!
, Nov 2019
2D was an amazing driver. Winery was a very robotic experience and not what I am used to from California. Falls amazing. Boat ride fun. Dinner at Sheraton - no bueno. Stuck in back of restaurant away from everyone else. Only a couple of decent dishes. Drinks very expensive.

Niagara Falls Platinum Tour from Toronto with Cruise and Lunch
Niagaras Falls lunch including
, Jan 2020
All good until lunchtime, Chester our guide was not careful to repeat the meal schedule only focused on 3pm to return to the bus. So my parents and I were left without eating. Besides, he left us alone behind the waterfalls. I saw another guide who entered with his group and thanks to him I learned other things in that area. Mr. Chester is not a bad guide, but he has been doing the same for so long that he no longer practices many details. A couch "couching" the tourist

The ticket said 9:00 start time. My husband and I walked over a mile in a snowstorm to get to the bus only to find that the tour was at 10, 12 and 2. We got there and no one was in the office. We waited in the mall across the street for over an hour. Finally, someone showed up and we went on the tour.
Hi. My wife and I vacated in Toronto for three days this month over the Thanksgiving weekend.. Arriving very late Friday evening and flying out mid afternoon Sunday.Time being short this tour ticked all the boxes. Booking was very easy ( e tickets).
We also purchased a City pass ticket giving us access to seven attractions, five covered by the route.
Easy access to bus and the headphone commentary was very informative as was the map of the route around the town. The only issue we had was that the route did not have a printed schedule. The tour being two and a half hours long. You had no idea at what time the bus would arrive at your stop. Although we were informed that the intervals between buses was approx 25 mins.I am aware that due to road works, diversions etc a definitive route is not always possible. Also the listed attractions on the email and web site is just that. A list. Not actually in order. It would have helped if it was in the same running order as the buses route IE starting at Dundas Sq and running in a anti clockwise direction.

We had a stunning day for the tour which would have been problematic had it been wet. Michael was very interesting and engaging. I would say that the time at the castle was too long. 45 mins would have been sufficient.

I visited Toronto in mid-October. As far as the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tours go, these are the:
Pros- reasonably priced; good selection of attraction stops; informative narration; a boat ride on the lake Ontario is included.
Cons: Long waits (30-45 min) at each bus stop, so we were reluctant to leave the bus at every stop we wanted to visit; only 5 buses were running the route even though there were many tourists; at the Casa Loma stop, the bus was so crowded that we had to stand in the lower deck for about 1/2 hour, so we couldn't hear or see anything; then, the driver stopped to have a lunch for about 15 minutes, while we waited in the bus.
The bottom line: If you can walk, you may be better off travelling on foot. It'd save you money and you'd be able to see everything you wanted. I went with elderly parents, so that wasn't an option for me.
The areas covered on the tour were informative and enjoyable, although from my conversations with other sightseers the CN Tower was ok to see but boring to visit. The bost ride was lovely. Some of the guides read from the script - and the presentation was flat. But Paolo was EXCELLENT! He inserted humour and extra pieces of information and made the tour a great pleasure. The drivers awed me with their ability to navigate the crowded, difficult streets. Keep up the good work!

This was my second time to Niagara but first time on the boat trip (it was icy last time) and with VIP tours. It couldn't have been better, we had a glorious time, very well organised and enough time to see things. We loved it and cannot the commend highly enough!

We had a female Captain and tour guide. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and cheeky. Great views of the Toronto skyline. Highly recommend if you want to learn some of Toronto’s history and relax doing it.

Twilight skies, misty air, bright colors on spectacular falls
, Oct 2019
The twilight cruise to the Falls is the best. The Falls are lit with warm colors that bring the already vibrant natural waters to even greater life beneath the evening light shrouded by the awesome mist of the roiling water, punctuated by the thunder of the falling water.
The bus was an hour delayed, but still found time to take us to the winery to try ice wine (delicious). View from the deck on the Sheraton dinner was awesome but the food was not worth it - next time I would get the package without food. Honestly all in all, this was probably the best deal to see everything at the Falls. Will do it again next time

Tour dealt not only with history of the Distillery District but touched on the history of Toronto and early Canada USA relationships. It had to do this in order to put the Distillery District into perspective importance. Our tour guide (Erik) was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He did have a few biases which were perhaps not part of the Distillery District history, but allowed for some additional communication connection with the guide.
Get to know Toronto’s Distillery District on this walking tour that’s easy on the wallet. A guide takes you around the Victorian Industrial architecture, sharing history and entertaining anecdotes along the way. Hear about business intrigue and the company that became the world's largest distillery. Tastings of beer and chocolate round out your tour.
There are lots of options for enjoying a live show in Toronto, but if you want a laugh, nothing compares to a Second City performance. And since each night of improv is totally different, you get a one of a kind hilarious experience, every time you go.
Had the best time on our tour! Great beer and loved Mike. Went to places my friend, who has lived in Toronto for 10 years, has never visited. Would 100% recommend, although we may have traumatized our poor tour guide 😂
Had a great day in Toronto starting with the Toronto beer tour lead by Mike our tour guide and historian. Great information about the history of Canada and Toronto while drinking craft beer at C'est What, Betty's, the St.Lawrence Market and Mill Street brewery. Mike was very enthusiastic and entertaining a great tour guide.

Niagara Falls One Day Sightseeing Tour from Toronto
, Aug 2019
Niagara falls was spectacular. Michael was very informative about the history of Toronto. the Falls and a great day. We visted a winery which i could have done without. (probably my choice). The Lake on the falls we all thought the hour was too little and would have loved to have stayed there longer. After the boat trip the zip line attraction should have been prebooked so we would have fitted it in. there was a 3 hour delay, we left at 4pm and the zip line was slow and we heard they were time to zip was 4.15pm. We could not have gone to the condela as it was 6k in a different direction. We were picked up at Mcdonalds and once we returned we were dumnped in the middle of town probably 3/4 hour walk to our hotel. Not happy at all.
Discover Niagara Falls and the unique wineries, history, and sights nearby during this full-day sightseeing trip. Savor Ontario’s burgeoning wine industry with a tasting at an award-winning winery before sampling a sweet snack and some history in the centuries-old city of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
