Our Leadership Team

Barrie Seidenberg

CEO & President

Barrie is CEO of Viator, and a member of the TripAdvisor senior management team since the company’s acquisition in 2014. Barrie brings a decade of executive leadership and marketing expertise in the online travel industry, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer at Preview Travel. Barrie holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Favorite travel experience: Visiting the Vatican’s secret rooms

Jeff Lewis

VP, Engineering

As VP of Engineering, Jeff oversees all things tech—including the design, development, and operations of the IT systems, websites, and mobile apps that support Viator.com, its affiliates, and partners. An entrepreneur at heart, Jeff founded and sold two internet businesses before joining Viator. He is a Systems Design Engineering graduate of the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Favorite travel experience: Biking through cities like Rome and Kyoto

Kelly Gillease

VP, Marketing

Kelly leads Viator and TripAdvisor Attractions marketing across channels—from acquisition programs in search engine, social, mobile, and affiliate marketing to display advertising brand campaigns as well as CRM efforts in email and mobile push. Prior to joining Viator in 2005, she was a senior marketing manager at Yahoo!. Kelly holds a BA from the University of California–Berkeley.

Favorite travel experience: Scuba diving in Komodo National Park

Scott McNeely

VP, Product

Scott focuses on creating useful, intuitive experiences for travelers on Viator’s award-winning desktop and mobile websites, and native iOS and Android apps. Prior to Viator, he oversaw product development at Lonely Planet Publications. Scott is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Trinity College, Dublin.

Favorite travel experience: Exploring Hanoi on a street food walking tour

Ken Frohling

VP, Business Development

Ken is responsible for managing Viator’s global network of more than 3,000 distribution partners and resellers, including leading brands such as American Express, British Airways, Lonely Planet, and AAA. Before Viator, Ken held business development roles in the cruise, hotel, and travel technology sectors. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Favorite travel experience: Taking a private tour of London’s historic pubs

Laura Saum

VP/GM,Global Sales & Account Management

Laura oversees Viator’s worldwide supplier management initiatives and global product acquisition strategy. Before joining the team, she spent more than a decade at Travelocity, specializing in supply management, partner services, and strategy development. Laura holds a BA from Harvard University.

Favorite travel experience: Visiting Torres Del Paine National Park

Robin Harnish

VP, Global Business Operations

As VP of Global Business Operations, Robin manages Viator’s customer sales, customer support, and supplier support teams. Before coming on board in 2013, she was the Director of Global Implementation & Operations at Orbitz for Business. Robin studied at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Favorite travel experience: Wine tasting and wandering in the small towns of Tuscany

Kerry Fischer

Head of HR, Recruiting & Office Experience

Kerry is proud to oversee Viator’s top asset: its people. She is responsible for shaping recruiting efforts as well as all the programs that engage, retain, and motivate employees. Before Viator, she was a senior HR partner at Airbnb during their rapid growth period. She holds a BA from SUNY Albany.

Favorite travel experience: Exploring Turkey’s history, culture, and food

Sheleeza Maass

VP, Finance

As VP of Finance, Sheleeza is responsible for all things related to financial planning, analytics, and fraud prevention. Prior to joining Viator, she served as Director of Corporate Finance at TripAdvisor and also spent time on Expedia’s finance team. Sheleeza holds a BA from the University of Washington.

Favorite travel experience: Sailing the Whitsunday Islands and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef

Anita Ngai

GM, Asia

As GM of Asia, Anita is responsible for developing and executing strategies for Viator’s growing Asia outbound market. Before Viator, she was the Head of Online & Offline Marketing for Hotels.com APAC, as well as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co. in the US, Hong Kong, and China. Anita holds a BS from Cornell University and an MA from Yale University.
