Venedig gåtur og gondoltur

gåturen var nu ganske fin og man fik vist lidt om de særlige steder mellem de store turist attraktioner. Guiden var flink og venlig samt imødekommende og svarede gerne på spørgsmål. En enkelt ting trak ned og det var, at halvdelen af tursproget var på spansk hvilket jeg ikke forstår. Der står at det er engelsktalende guide, hvorfor forventningen var, at der blev talt engelsk under hele turen.

Vi har været glade for, at kunne bestille via viator hjemmefra på nettet og der var penge at spare. Guiden var imødekommende og velinformeret, og tog sig tid til at fortælle og vise rundt, prikken over i,et var gondolturen rundt i Venedig efter gåturen. De to timer, som det varer flyver afsted.

Svært at høre guiden i det udleverede headset. Meget engageret guide og flot gondoltur rundt i byens kanaler

First, the local tourist office was not very friendly nor helpful. Told us to wait outside in the rain for the guide. The walking tour only went around the piazza de Campo San Luca through the alleys.The gondola ride with six people and in the evening was not very attractive, ciuldn't see much.A different guide took us there and she gave very little instructions where to go to wait for the boats.After the ride, she disappeared and didn't help anyone to get back to the office or home.The entire operation appeared as though they didn't care.I don't recommend this tour.

Our guide was very informative and spoke excellent English. The only disappointment we have is that we did not see (even from the outside) St Mark's Basilica nor the Doges palaces both of which were supposed to be included in our tour.

Our tour guide was fantastic, very informative and engaging. It was lovely to explore more of the unique beauty of Venice, as it was our first time, and be able to learn some of the history. We also loved the gondola ride, it's got to be done at least once, and was a fun, iconic way of ending the afternoon. Thank you for such a great experience.

Even though we only had a couple of hours Andreas focused on san Marco, and Venice history. Truly informative and entertaining. He was able to combine history and tie it into what we wewe able to see today. Gondola ride at end was a real treat.

It is sad to say but because of Viator not allowing a one day switch we could not do it and paid the full price. They switched our train time on us the day we left for Venice to catch our tour. I called immediately to let them know with at least 10 hours to please switch the offer. I was told no. They did not due to their rules. They kept all of our money without even assisting to switch while we are on VC and it was a total of almost 350.00. I will not ever use Viator again. I understand rules but when it was out of our control and plenty of wiggle room to switch. Un called for. Thanks

Unfortunately our guide was very disappointing! She made the same statements repetitively and ended the tour after 1 hour and 15 minutes rather that the full two hours. She didnt notice when we lost people in our tour group along the way. I have taken many tours through Viator before this and have really enjoyed them. This was extremely disappointing for me and my family.

The walking tour was very disappointing and pretty uninteresting. Taken to an unimpressive plaza surrounded by unremarkable buildings. We did see one twisted-looking building that was interesting. The only thing that semi-saved this tour was the gondola ride, and since we were on the Grand Canal during the annual regatta, that was definitely special!
