It is so sad and disappointing to receive such harsh comment and judgement; we sent you a message apologizing for the inconvenience, as your amended flight details (new arrival flight) did not reach our booking department. We still had the original flight MS 701, this is why the driver contacted you as he was waiting for you accordingly. We are contacting Viator for this issue as we do not know why the amended flight was not received by our reservations and operations team to act accordingly, it must have been a technical error as all amendments are confirmed via the chat and you did not receive a reply form us confirming the change, because we did not receive the flight change. We are a serious company and we receive millions of clients without any inconvenience; as it shows in our reviews and products, very punctual not missing any traveler. So we do not expect such action from your side or tolerate such comments! A refund was already provided by Viator for this.
