Privater Flughafen Transfer: Flughafen Berlin Schönefeld zum Berlin Hotel und Rückfahrt

Our driver, Fritz, was waiting for us exactly as promised in arrivals with my name prominently displayed. We all got a cheery handshake and assistance with our cases out to his vehicle. A lovely clean mini-van with leather seating. Fritz was a mine of information and gave us a superb guide as we entered the city. He'd also got a selection of leaflets about sights to see and had annotated a street map with our hotel and various attractions. We were delivered to our hotel eager to get started on our trip. Before leaving Fritz made sure that he had a mobile number so that he could contact us if necessary about our pick-up for the return journey,
For the return trip we got a message to say that traffic had slowed him a little but he arrived within a few minutes, no worries for us! The return trip to the airport was almost as good as our first trip as we checked places we'd been and things we'd seen. At the airport Fritz made sure we knew exactly where to go even telling us which desks to go to in Departures! Outstanding service!

Pick up and drop off both brilliant. Fritz gave us a map of the city where he had highlighted all the things we wanted to see. Even gave us brochures on them too. Recommended dinner at the Beer house on Sunday which was superb. Gave us so much information on our journey in, couldnt ask for anything more.

We used the company Viator to pick us up from Berlin Schonfeld Airport and take us to our Hotel in the city centre of Berlin. This also was a return journey back to the Airport 4 days later. We must say that Fritz our driver was such a well mannered polite man. He was there waiting with a board displaying our surname on it at the airport as we walked out with our suitcases. He spoke excellent English which was real good for us as we only speak the English language. Fritz while driving us to the Hotel explained things we needed to know and told us a lot about Berlin which was a great help. While on route he showed a number of places of interest. Once at our Hotel Fritz even came in and marked off on a map the eara where we were staying and places of interest to walk to From our Hotel. On the morning of our return journey back to Berlin Airport he sent a text confirming the time he would be there to pick us up at the Hotel. We would like to ThankFritz for being such a prompt mini van driver and for having such a polite manner when deal with tourist. We would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends when travelling.

Driver wasn't there when we arrived but I phoned the number on the voucher and within 5 minutes it was all sorted and we were picked up. The return journey was smooth and flawless.
