I loved this tour. Zuzana our guide was great!!! She took us to non-touristic bars. She also walked us through a working class neighborhood where we saw lots of graffiti wall art. And we met a gentleman who is converting an empty area into a garden space for the residents with found materials. We also walked through the Gothic area and La Rambla of course. Although I love to see the famous monuments when I visit a country... I actually prefer talking with the working populace to learn more about what is happening in their country from their point of view.

The tour guide Luci was very funny and extremely personable;however, I paid for a food tour not for a stand up comedian. All of the food we had was subpar and after walking through piss smelling streets and prostitute alleys I was over this ridiculous tour. I do not recommend this tour.

After a slight confusion over the meeting point which was resolved quickly, we enjoyed the tour immensely. Our guide, Tomas, was fluent in English, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we had visited Barcelona several times before, we learned a lot of new facts and visited places we had not seen on previous visits. The food and wine were enjoyable and spaced out nicely over almost three hours.

Marcella was our fantastic tour guide from the tour company, WIthlocals. This tour was outstanding. We walked through various neighborhoods, stopping at quaint, local establishments for our food tastings. As we walked the neighborhoods, she talked about significant sites along the way and provided historical information. It was more than just a great food experience, but a background about the neighborhoods in Barcelona such as EL Born, Bari Gothic, Raval, and Las Ramblas. We also walked through La Boqueria and sampled food.

Our guide, Tomas, must be recognized for his excellent service on this private tour. We visited the top of a hotel to see a great view of the city and then ate the best patatas bravas we have tried here in Barcelona. Tomas provided lots of information about the culture and the foods we tried and made the tour so very enjoyable. Other foods included churros and hot chocolate, torrones, and pata negra and cava. Tomas clearly enjoyed his work and it made our experience exceptional. Thank you Tomas!

This tour was great - I liked the private tour experience and our tour guide was knowledgable about the area and took us to places we would have never gone. She also took us to the top of a hotel for the most fantastic view of the entire city of Barcelona. Highly recommended to do a private tour like this versus a larger tour. The experience was great, and we got to learn a lot about Barcelona culture and what it is like to live in the city.

Highly recommended for every couple out there! I personally wasn't a big fan of tour before but booking this private one must've been our best choice in Barcelona. Not only we saw some great highlights my girlfriend loved that but tasted some truly local goods without waiting any lines! I must say it was pretty great passing all those touristy crowded places while heading to try the real local tapas - we felt like true locals!
