Trip was more to visit the towns of Ston which has a neat walledfortification and Korcula which is a gorgeous island , great promenade for restaurants and a small old town . We had one of the most relaxing lunches there Last stop was at the Matuscka winery which had one white two red, a sweet wine ,cherry and a grappa for tasting. Overall ,nice trip but was expecting more wine tasting We did spend over about 4 hrs total driving from location to location .Guide was informative

This was not the tour that I booked. Instead of a Small-Group Wine Tour It was a large group tour with a short stop at a winery. Instead of a mini-van we had a tour bus that fit the 40 plus tourists. The guide provided the history of the area But, it was a lecture. He was not accessible due to the size of the group. We stopped at one winery on the way home from Korcula. There was a scripted presentation of the wine. Because of the size of the group, we weren't give an opportunity to ask questions. It felt rushed. I would have liked to have had time to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. We were also warned not to have a drink because of the long road home. Had I known that this was going to be a large group tour, I would NOT have booked it.

What a great trip! Excellent guide and you also go to Ston- famous walled village they hold a marathon running the wall which made me tired just thinking about it with salt making and assorted seafoods. Then off to Korcula which is fabulous- short boat trip, barely touristy compared with Dubrovnik and just delightful to wander around. Visit to a vineyard/winery on the way back is ok but definitely not the highlight. This is a trip you'd consider doing again.

I have worked years as a guide, tour operator rep and been some 15 years in the tourist business. I was very much deceived by this 'Small-Group Wine Tour'. I do not consider 28 persons as a small-group tour. We were fully occupying a mid sized bus almost to the last seat. We were constantly waiting for late persons at departure several hotels, at Ston as well as in Korçula. Our guide was quite OK and informative, though the information for a professional person was shallow. Transfers Dubrovnik - Ston / Peljesac winery - Dubrovnik fairly long. Time in Korçula was good for stroll in the city lunch not included as stated. No wine tasting in Korçula. Visit to winery Matuško at Peljesac Peninsula was also OK. People got tired / restless standing through tasting. Tasting of light White wine, light Red wine, basic Red wine, local Grappa as well as a Sherry type wine. The really heavy and GOOD stuff Dingac Superior and Reservas we didn't get to taste. I barely had time to have a glass in the bar 40KUN for 0,15L of 5yrs old matured oak cask reserva 15 alc. WOW while others ran to the toilets. Enjoyed the nice wines when we got to Dubrovnik that I bought. Absolutely worth buying the good stuff 150KUN Reserva at winery as it is 270KUN at DBV airport. Just in May we were in Florence and did a superb wine tasting Small-group tour via Viator. These tours were carried out by vans combined driver/guide and only take 8-9 people per van. Very nice

I thought this was a good tour overall. Korcula was a beautiful city to walk around and experience. The stop in Ston was interesting, although I think that could have been skipped to allow for more time in Korcula, as there really wasn't much to see or do in Ston itself. Our guide was really nice and kept us entertained with the stories and the history of the area.

Guide left us on our own most of the time. Highlight was boat crossing and meeting people in Korcula. Also, not much of a wine tour but the wine was great price so we took some home.

we had a wonderful time on this tour. the guide was very knowledgable and we felt safe with the driver, driving on some curved roads. were picked right on the dot at 8am from the hotel. first visited a small village called Ston. walked around and had coffee at a local café. then took a boat from Peljesac to go to Korchula. the guide gave a brief history of Korchula and then we wandered around the Island on our own. walked through narrow alleys up and down the stairs taking in the wonderful views. had lunch at a lovely café. sat outside and enjoyed the local activity. at 3pm, took the boat to go back to Peljesac, where we visited a vineyard. we were explained how different wines were made by a lovely lady and had a chance to taste them bought three different types of wins from there. we were back at the hotel by 5pm. it was great.
