Tour zum Hollywood-Zeichen

Da ich die einzige war die an diesem Tag wandern wollte, ging es morgens frueh los. Mein Guide Eric hat mir auf dem Weg nach oben die Geschichte des Parks und der Stadt erzaehlt. Es war sehr interessant. Auch wenn der Aufstieg sehr anstrengend war. Hat es sich mehr als gelohnt. Man hatte einen fantastischen Blick ueber die Stadt und zum Hollywoodsign.
Ausserdem haben wir das Griffith Observatory besucht, wo ich einen echten Meteroit halten konnte.
Alles in allem kann ich die Tour sehr empfehlen.

Kate did a great job keeping us all engerized on the hike. We had a variety of ages on the hike aand Kate's was very patient. Kate kept us entertained with stories of Griffith Park and LA. She is also a fabulous photographer.

Hot day. Made it harder for me to hike. Leader was patient Very informative and amazing to see the city from that perspective on a pretty clear day.

Not value for money, you can simply hike by yourself as it is very simple and relatively short distance.
The Hollywood sign is very far, you will not get social media worthed post picture except you have super expensive pro camera. I use samsung S9 and its still quite bad because its simply too far and to make the matter worse the guide was rushing, so its very inconvenient when you try to make good picture.

To add the wound, she also made a fun of me in front of my husband very disrespectful because I want to take more picture. It seems to me she basically just want finish her job as early as possible. We arrived in the Griffith Park Observatory 10 minutes early and the door not even open. So what is the rush?

This tour only suitable for unfit people you don't exercise at all and u afraid of hiking and only have 2 hours time to kill so the rushing tour guide will suit. Other than that save your money!

The only good thing is she is pretty, fit, remember all the history of the Griffith park and keep asking if you need more water.

I am not a hiker...but I loved this adventure. Parking can be tricky so arrive early. But know that it is easy to find the front of the Greek theater and the guides are on time and ready to greet you. We had a large number of us this past Saturday, so we were split into two groups. We had Kate. She was FANTASTIC!! She encouraged us to know each other, ask questions and have a great hike. She told amazing stories, pointed out great landmarks, and just made for an enjoyable hike. I will be recommending this hike and Kate to my fellow travelers and locals. We are from LA and decided to play tourist for the day. Kate and the Hike to see the sign did not disappoint. My kids (15 and 11) we not in the mood to do this adventure until they got going with Kate and now want to take their cousins. I just cannot say thank you enough and how lucky we were to get Kate.

Ally was so fun! We had a blast hiking and learning about the LA area. From food, entertainment, history, and fun stories, the hike was one of the highlights of our trip.

Best tour guides ever.....I will recommend that tour to everyone I know....the showed us awesome views of the Hollywood sign and the whole city....
