Ganztägige Tour durch Rio de Janeiro

We had a fantastic day with Kiko and really got to see all the best spots in Rio. It’s hard to pick one highlight as the day was great from beginning to end.

Katia our guide was friendly and easy to approach she gave us some insight informations about the life of everyday citizen of Rio. I will definitely recommend her for other travelers. The trip was well paced and I saw a big deal of Rio in Just a day.

We did the full day complete tour of Rio de Janeiro and were very happy with the tour. Our guide Kiko spoke great English and provided us with a lot of information about Rio, the culture and history. We definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a pretty comprehensive tour of Rio in one day.

Kiko, was the guide and Lino, was the driver, were excellent. We were picked up on time. A full van of 12 people which may seem large but wasn’t. Kiko was more than pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew other guides and reservation people so he knew how to avoid lines and get good service. Despite the heat he was patient and got us everywhere. He even asked if we wanted to see another site or go immediately to lunch. Very thoughtful. Our group was mixed ages which was terrific. I’d ommend Kiko and Lino a great combination with a company, Viator.

Our tour guide, Sergio, was amazing. He was informative and tried to facilitate the long lines any way possible. Would definitely recommend this tour as an easy way to see the top sites of Rio.

Had a wonderful 9 hour tour with Sandra.Nothing was too much trouble for her and she looked after us impeccably.She explained everything so well and made sure everyone was happy and looked after..The tour was very comprehensive and covered all and more of the main tourist sights.Thankyou for a memorable day in Rio de Janeiro.

From start to finish this tour was well organised. The tour guide knowledge and english is brilliant. I will be booking another tour when I’m back to Rio in a few days.

I was traveling with my young adult son. We had only a few days in Rio de Janeiro and wanted to see it all! I also wanted to feel safe, and have someone else do the arranging for us. I have used Viator tours in the past and have always had a great experience. Our guide, Vicente, knew his Brazilian history! He was very personable, and knowledgeable on many topics and on all the sites we visited. He spoke English perfectly. The tour included all the places we wanted to see, and also visited others we hadn't even thought to visit. We had a great buffet lunch not included in tour, but very delicious and inexpensive and we even had time after lunch to pick up some great selections of souvenirs right next door to the restaurant! This tours moves fairly fast because there are so many things to see, but the van is new, air conditioned, and very comfortable. Traveling in small groups is the way to go! Our driver always stayed with the van, so you can leave your items safely inside. The Sambadrome stop was good but I wish there was more to it. It would have been fun to hear drums and see costumed samba dancers just to give tourist a hint of what Canival would be like. We loved ending the day with caipirinhas at the colorful and fun Escadaria Selaron.

We have wonderful memories of this trip and great photos! We felt very safe with our guide he was always looking out for us. Our group did not have any problems at all, but please be careful not to wear expensive jewelry/gold chains while touring. HInt: Be ready to meet your guide at least 10-15 minutes earlier that scheduled. Also, if you are not going on the tour, contact them and cancel the day before. This way the rest of the group does not have to wait for no-shows. This may affect the timing of the whole tour!
