I disembarked earlier and waited outside for my shuttle. Driver was easy to find as he was holding a Go Sydney Shuttle sign.

We did get off the ship earlier than expected. 8am I called and asked if they could come any earlier and they said no - at 9. At 9:20 they finally arrived. The other two in our party actually left their luggage with us and walked! When they finally came - he wanted to charge us extra for their suitcases until I clarified that we had paid for them and they didn't wait! There were tons of other taxis and shuttles - that if we had known we would never have booked this. You may want to look at another vendor.

TOUR OPERATOR COMMENT: Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the scheduled pick-up time was between 9:00-9:30, so the driver arriving at 9:20 was not late. Regrettably, we cannot modify the driver's schedule, as they have a route and itinerary they must follow for each of their clients. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to being of service to you again in the future.

Shuttle not big enough for number of people sitting with luggage on lap Late in arriving loads of other shuttles coming and going but not Go Sydney Shuttle very disappointing service.I think aviator need to look elsewhere for shuttle service

The driver who according to the voucher should have picked us up at 9 am showed up at 9:35and informed us that we are not on his list and have to wait for the next bus that will arrive shortly. We 4 people and another couple who were waiting with us and received same response decided we will not wait on the pier for the next shutle to arrive after having waited for 35 minutes already. We hired another person who took us to our hotels in Sydney and paid twice for the same trip. Viator is expected to choose its operators more carefully and not expose us to fraud.

Due to a couple of unavoidable circumstances, our transport didnt work out so well. We had sett up a 10 o'clock pickup thinking we could exit the ship leisurely and not get to our hotel too early. However, the ship booted us off at 8:30 and customs was a breeze, so we and abou 2500 other people are waiting in the wind and rain for all kinds of transport vehicles that are trying to maneuver around all the downtown Sydney construction. I called GoSydney the day befor we arrived for an earlier pickup, but when we got there the unmarked 9:30 van should have been 9 a.m. was full and the 10:30 should have been 10 am van was 20 minutes late so we were outside in terrible weather for 2 solid hours and were the last customers in the terminal to be picked up. THEN, the driver was not happy either and was almost but not quite rude. He obviously felt rushed. My question: why didn't GoSydney have more vans available for the time slot, especially considering the weather and traffic conditions? Under better weather conditions we wouldn't have been so disappointed, but 2 hours was still a long time to wait. I hope that's not a regular occurrence. In spite of everything I'd book with them again and just be more careful with my time specifications. Then if it isn't better, I'd go with someone else.
