Chicago Odyssee – Bootstour mit Abendessen

First off we went specifically for our 12 yr anniversary when we got to our table they had us down for a birthday and waitress kept telling us who’s birthday how many tines do I have to remind her that it was our anniversary. Next food was not so great very small portions and I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t pay extra to have the additional items on the menu for example if u ordered salmon why couldn’t we get the lobster tail and pay extra for it. Music was boring was not lively at all. Overall this experience was overpriced did not expect this at all.

What a great view of the city

Although it was nice, it just didn't meet the expectation of other dinner cruises taken in the past in other places.

Dont book in the months of October thru March. Observation deck not enclosed. Food was unsatisfactory. Rubber chicken and tasteless green beans. Tour advertised at 88 USD per person but actual charge 287 for two persons.

This was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The views from the upper deck were spectacular. When I come back to Chicago this wil be one of the things I will definitely do again

We took the dinner cruise as a work team celebration for a recent project. The crew was very professional and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The food was good. We boarded around 6:30 pm and our dinner was served promptly and was very good. The ship was clean and well maintained, despite the décor being a little 80sish. The dance floor lights were a little too much and messed with our equilibriums. The music was decent, and the guitarist on the outside deck was fantastic. The fireworks display was wonderful and a great way to end the evening. Our manager liked it so much that they booked it for another team's celebration. Would definitely recommend it and would do it again.

EXCEPTIONAL - I highly recommend this trip to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary. Meal was wonderful, we received exceptional service and this was finished off with enough time to explore the ship and dance the night away, did not want the night to end, truly worth every penny.

Great tour, an awesome way to get some really cool views from the Windy city. The boat is very luxurious, the ambiance is amazing, however, we didnt appreciate much of the food, unfortunately, There arent many options available and the ones weve chosen we didnt like much. Service was somewhat poor also, with a careless, slow waiter, and thats why I took a star off from my review. Could have been five stars, though, if only the service had been better. Overall, a great experience, definitely recommended, I just wish you get a nicer waiter, as well as I wish they include some more options in the menu in the future. I would ride again, just making sure I get a different waiter this time!

Atendimento do gerente do cruzeiro muito fraco. Comida fria, coquetel mais parecia uma água rose, entrada fraquíssima. Local que nos puseram para sentar horrível, porta da copa, grupo barulhento mesa próxima, pedimos para trocar, demoram efetuar a troca, para o andar inferior, cheio de pequenos insetos voando. Não sai da proximidade do píer, em geral frustrante, caro demais para o que oferece. Esperava jantar durante o cruzeiro como é feito em Paris!, porém a refeição é servida ainda no porto, com rapidez, para termino antes de sair do porto. Nada romântico como oferecem.
