Thank you for your review. However, I would like to address and respond to a few issues that unfairly put our company in a negative light.
We never promise our guests that they will fly on the first flight. The hotels where you stay in the Cappadocia region provide you with incorrect information and try to defame intermediary companies (the main companies) because you did not book the balloon tour through them. Therefore, you come here in anger and disrespect our work, which we have been dedicated to for years, putting us in a bad situation and harming our business. Unfortunately, such behavior damages our operation.
Of course, you need to wait due to operational requirements, and such waiting times occur with all balloon companies. It is unfair to put us in a bad situation without trying other companies.
Nobody warns you to buy your balloon ticket before going on vacation. Naturally, there will be price differences among companies; this is a free profession and a free market. You can either make your reservation in advance or when you arrive in the Cappadocia region (but you must also consider the risk of no availability).
Of course, you can book with places that offer the best price guarantee, but if you receive the same service (which is already a standard service), it would be better for both you and our business if you contact us to learn the reasons next time, instead of directly giving a one-star review.
Your review has saddened us greatly, but as we mentioned, we wish you had contacted us before writing a review (and defaming our company).
