Schnorcheln im Roten Meer

Schnorchel, Paradies Island besuchen und in der Sonne brutzeln, Mittagessen an Board frisch zubereitet mit warmen und kalten Buffet. Jungs Ihr ward klasse. Und danke Alex für die tollen Fotos und dem Video. Danke für diesen schönen Tag

Im Vergleich zur U-Boottour ist ein Schnorchelausflug sehr zu empfehlen. Natürlich ist es eine Touristentour und der auch angefahrene Sandstrand ist überlaufen, aber die zwei Schnorchel-Stops bei verschiedenen Korallenriffen waren sehr schön und auch farbenprächtig.
Auch die Manschaft war sehr hilfsbereit bemüht und lustig-unterhaltend.
Einzigen gravierender Nachteil war dass das Schiff keinen Glasboden hatte, ein sogenanntes Glasboot war und unsere beiden Kleinkinder die noch nicht Schnorcheln können nichts zu sehen bekamen. Der Veranstalter sollte dies besser deklarieren und auch als Buchungsoption angeben.
Ohne zu wissen ob es noch sehenswertere Riffe gibt kann dies empfohlen werden, aber besser mit einem Glasboot wenn man mit nicht schnorchelnden Personen unterwegs ist.

Der Trip ist an sich toll, allerdings war das Boot technisch unzuverlässig. Vergessenes Motorkühlwasser führte zu einer Schleichfahrt auf dem Rückweg, so dass die Rückkehr drei Stunden später erfolgte als vorgesehen.
Ansonsten lohnenswert und zu empfehlen.

Allerdings hätte man sich die Stunde auf Giftun Island sparen können. Die restlichen Schnorchelstopps waren aber wirklich traumhaft. Gern wieder! :-)

Breathtaking

Excellent tour, highly recommended.

A modest journey. Recommended for those who have never seen the underwater world.
Pieved you on an empty island where there is only the inscription paradise and nothing more.
Snorkelling from the shore, seeing only a few coastal fish. Do not see sea turtles or other bigger fish.
Life jackets are not even offered - especially for those who snorkel for the first time or do not swim.

Very friendly staff. Everything is arranged perfect, hotel pickup and return. The trip itself was nice and the snorkeling spot was perfect!!

Very well-organised from start to finish. Pick-up from our hotel arrived on time and took us to the dock where we boarded the boat after collecting complimentary equipment. The guys on board were super friendly and kept the children on the tour amused by making funny headgear from beach towels! We were clearly briefed on what to expect and the crew spoke multiple languages very impressively. The first snorkelling site was about an hour out to sea and immediately we got in the water we were surrounded by hundreds of beautiful exotic fish- our guide, Shark, even showed off an enormous eel. The fish were completely at ease with the humans and swam right up to and all around us. After a 45 min swim we got back on the boat and travelled a short distance to the next site where we were again surrounded by all sorts of sea creatures. Lunch was served on the boat after that and was delicious with a good variety of different dishes. After lunch the boat stopped at Giftun Island, where we were able to spend the time however we chose, sunbathing or swimming. There was plenty of coral with gorgeous fish just a few steps into the ocean and miles of white sand beaches so, even though there were many tour boats and tourists, it didnt feel crowded or overly busy. On the trip back we were invited to view the pictures the crew/ guides had taken throughout the day: although we were encouraged to buy the CDs of photos I didnt feel under pressure and chose not to make a purchase. On landing, our transport was waiting to take us back to our hotel. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend it.
