Hello from Innsbruck, we are sorry you were upset that for operational reasons we were unable to offer the dinner option the night you booked our show. The situation after a 2-years pandemic is still challenging for operators like our family and therefore - in exceptional cases - we are forced to adapt performance dates & service options to the existing demand. As a matter of fact nobody else booked the dinner option that night and for this reason our kitchen was closed. Besides that we hope that you have enjoyed our show programme!? We apologize again for having being unable to offer dinner and the inconvenience caused, but as stated in your comment we have issued a full refund on the spot and do hope that you have enjoyed our performance.
