We apologize for the issues you had during the check in process. This particular day our internet and phone systems were down due to a problem on the internet provider's end. Our staff did the best that they could given the circumstances. We absolutely understand your reservations with leaving credit card info written down and we assure you any information collected in this manor was immediately destroyed. All of our bookings are automatically sent a confirmation email with accurate parking information on them as well as other useful information regarding the day of. We apologize that you did not receive one and possibly there was an incorrect email address involved. While we understand your frustrations with the staff that morning we would appreciate derogatory language not be used as some are in their first few weeks of employment and this is an extremely difficult business to learn all of the ins and outs of.
