Keine Warteschlangen: Giverny und Monets Haus - Halbtägiger Ausflug ab Paris

Wir haben es nicht bereut einen ziemlich hohen Preis für diesen wunderschönen Ausflug bezahlt zu haben. So wie man/frau die Bilder von Monet kennt, so sieht der Garten, der Seerosenteich mit den grünen Brücken aus. Wir sind eingetaucht in eine andere Welt. Und trotz der recht vielen Besucher haben wir die Schönheit des Gartens, der Herbstblumen, der intensiven Farben und der Ruhe am Seerosenteich sehr, sehr genossen.
Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch die Hin- ung Rückfahrt insg. 3Std. dauert, aber man/frau wird mit genügend Informationen in Englisch und Spanisch gefüttert.

Der Ausflug war gut organisiert und ist komplikationslos abgelaufen. Der Bus war bequem und glücklicherweise auch nicht überfüllt. Die Ausführungen der Begleiterinnen waren interessant und gut verständlich. Danch konnte man sich in den Gärten und dem Haus wirklich gut alleine zurechtfinden. Die zur Verfügung stehende Zeit war ausreichend.
Zu den Gärten selbst lässt sich nur eins sagen: ein Traum! Es wäre schön dort zu leben.
Behalten Sie dieses wunderschöne Ziel unbedingt in Ihrem Programm.

Das ganze ist perfekt organisiert. es ist eine angenehme abwechslung zum pariser-programm und der garten in giverny ist ein traum, vor allem jetzt im juni wo die rosen blühen.

our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Monet’s garden is beautiful and well worth the trip. We would highly recommend allowing more time. We took so many pictures at the gardens that we did not have enough time to tour the adorable village surrounding Monet’s home.

This is for a review for a tour done on September 19th, 2018. Great way to spend a half-day doing some sight-seeing. This tour was through ParisCityVision tours. You check in and board a bus that takes you directly to Giverny. A tour guide is assigned to the group and gives great history of Money from childhood to death which was very helpful and gives you a better appreciation when you tour the gardens and Monet's home. The ride is about 1.5 hours, you get about 1.5 hours to walk around the garden and house, if you time it right also enough time to shop at the gift shop, board the bus and another 1.5 hours back to Paris.. We also did the AM tour which was great because there was less crowds. All in all, we left by 8am, arrived at Giverny by 945am, toured until 11:15 AM and was back in Paris before 1pm. This tour won't give you enough time to grab a meal in Giverny. If you are hoping for a longer time at Giverny, book a day-long tour.

Overall the trip was OK but expensive for the value received. We enjoyed the bus trip and visit, but our guide Rosanne was terrible. She talked too fast, was difficult to understand, and the few instructions she gave were hard to interpret! We also recommend that the educational talk be held off till the bus is out of Paris so the viewing distractions are at a minimum.

The bus ride through Paris, there and back, was quite informative. But once we got to Giverny, it was just a run through the gardens and house which were packed with other tourists. It was way too crowded to see much or to capture the mood of the place. We were very disappointed.

Great way to see this quickly. You really don't need more than a few hours there

One of the best tours I've ever been on! From start to finish the tour guide was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and made the bus ride terrific.
