Tauchen Sie bei diesem interaktiven Abend in einem kleinen Kochstudio in die kulinarische Szene von Rio ein. Informieren Sie sich bei Ihrem Lehrer über die Aromen, Zutaten und Kochtechniken der brasilianischen Küche. Kochen Sie eine Mahlzeit, entweder bahianische Meeresfrüchte, Moqueca oder eine schwarze Bohne, Feijoada, und verwenden Sie das, was Sie gelernt haben. Der Kurs ist auf 7 Teilnehmer begrenzt, um eine intime Erfahrung und persönliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten.

Chef Simone was great and so animated. The food and drinks were delicious and we have the recipes. We all participated in the cooking.

This was a phenomenal day!! We learned how to cook Feijoada a classic Brasilian dish. Chef Simone was exceptional and shared some of her secrets with us. The great thing about this class is that it is truly hands on. You're not sitting in an audience taking notes but rather are working side by side with Chef Simone who is giving you tips on how to perfect your skills.

Our day started at 11AM. We learned not only how to cook Feijoada but also cooked all the sides. These included rice, fresh collard greens, fried bananas and orange slices. The combination of flavors was extraordinary. Additionally it looked extremely appealing all plated up. A lunch I could have every day.

As one of our appetizers, we learned how to cook linguiça calabresa another classic Brasilian dish, simply served with some fried onions, some green peppers and a few spices . To accompany the calabresa Chef Simone shared one of her secret recipes with us which was her special hot sauce made from malagueta peppers. That alone could have been the meal. Another appetizer was fried cheese also accompanied by a special spicy sauce.

Of course we also learned how to make a Caipirinha the Brasilian drink of choice mandatory with feijoada. It was the classic recipe with limes and a delicious Cachaca.

This was an absolutely great day and one we would do again on our next visit to Rio. We highly recommend this treat if you have the time.

Simone's class was wonderful. We had a great time and learned a lot. The only thing I wish was that we had taken it sooner in our trip so we could have gone to all the local restaurants she recommended. I would definitely recommend this class.

Chef Simone is really fun and friendly. Other than the delicious food, her class is also educational and fun! She told us about the culture of the food and introduced the different ingredients. We enjoyed talking with her and other people in the class!

I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the cooking class, with our instructor presenting the culinary techniques in an informative yet entertaining way. The final product was delicious and it was one of the better nights I had on my trip abroad.

We had a fun time and our chef was really great at explaining Brazil's history and culture which brought the meal to life. The place was really small but we had a good time with the other guests. I would recommend this as an option when in Rio!

It was the best experience you could have in Rio. Chef Simone was awesome. I felt so comfortable learning to cook and the food was delicious. She also I also learned a lot about the culture of the country during this class. I recommend this experience for everyone. I want to say congrats to our Chef! Hope you wedding day was heavenly.
