Unfortunately, we don't have control over the weather, and as everyone will understand, there is not much that a tour company can do about it. In addition, there are not many other itinerary options when snow limits the traffic inside Yosemite.
All out tours offer a 24h full refund cancellation, giving the most flexibility that we can to all our customers to change their plans.
In this case, it would not have been fair to all the other customers who joined the tour to cancel the entire trip, as most of them could not reschedule.
We will always do our best to run all the tours we offer, showing commitment and respect to everyone who trusted us with their business.
