Join me for a unique culinary experience where we’ll celebrate Mexico’s most meaningful tradition — Día de Muertos.
In this 3-hour experience, we’ll prepare artisanal chocolate from scratch, traditional mole, a rich sauce made with chiles, spices, and cacao, and a sweet tejocote dessert, made from a small native fruit cooked in syrup.
We’ll also enjoy a tasting of mezcal, the drink of the gods, plus beer and a special Day of the Dead flavored drink (a surprise!).
These dishes are an essential part of the Day of the Dead altar in Mexico, prepared to honor and welcome the souls of our loved ones.
Come cook with me!
It’s an interactive, fun, and delicious activity where you’ll learn family recipes passed down from my grandmothers.
I can also bring the experience to your hotel or home, so we can cook and celebrate together.
