Dionysis is an excellent tour guide. He assessed my level of interest and knowledge and gave a tour tailored to my interests. Medieval Athens is hiding in plain sight. He was able to bring it alive for me and tie what we saw into Byzantine, Ottoman, and Modern Greek History. Athens has more to offer than its premier Classical Greek history, and this tour fills in those blanks. Dionysis was a key to making this a great tour in providing another dimension to Greek history.

A very good tour, interesting story and sights. The guide is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer questions, however be ready to ask questions as it is not a 'walk and hear a story' tour, more of an interactive one
