I did the Belfast Cab Tour with my two teenage children and we all found it very informative. Danny L, our guide, was brilliant. He had experienced the Troubles himself so was able to bring it all to life for us. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend the tour! The only criticism I have relates to Viator and not to Belfast Cab Tours. The instructions provided by Viator were not accurate. I had requested a pick up at the hotel when I made the booking but the instructions sent to me on confirmation said that the pick up was at a central Belfast location and that my voucher needed to be exchanged for a ticket. This was not the case and the tour operator picked me up at the hotel as agreed. Viator should review the instructions provided.

Our cab driver and guide Isaac provided exceptional insight into history of the troubles . Both sides of the story were told on a very human level and why the 21 years of a peace treaty is a living tribute to the people of Belfast. Isaac used his many people skills to show how all families losses are to be mourned. A very moving experience showing how wars around the world could learn from Belfast.
