Highlight of our trip

It was the highlight of our trip to the Big Island. Boat crew was awesome. Kealakekua Bay is just a beautiful place to snorkel. We saw dolphins and a whale while sailing. We had about 40 minutes to snorkel. I wish we had a little longer. Or maybe I was messing around with my phone (in a water-proof pouch) too much trying to take pictures and I wasted my snorkel time. :-) Very fun.

We had amazing time there! The catamaran was magnificent and the crew members were friendly. We got to spot some humpback whales on the way to the Bay, in which had so many colorfil fish. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time. It's a smaller boat so not a large group of people. The crew were amazing. Took the time to follow some spinner dolphins which made the whole boat happy. Best excursion experience.

Need better directions and instructions

We went to the wrong dock. It is at a smaller location outside of town. Would appreciate clear instructions. Other tours we took had very clear directions.

I can see why this is a top 10 snorkeling experience! Absolutely beautiful reef teeming with life and breathtaking views of the ocean and shore alike. The on-board crew were patient, kind and super chill. The snacks and drinks were great and the trimaran is the most comfortable way to get to the bay. Our lifeguards encouraged nervous members of our party and ensured they safely got to experience the sights! Highly recommended!

Wonderful afternoon captain cook snorkeling trip with upcoming storm weather

This old style boat is very well equipped with best trained staffs and delicious snack chips and Hawaiian fruits. The staffs are so nice and friendly. They came to us to talk individually about our experience of snorkeling and the trip to the Big Island. We were new to snorkeling and worried a bit in the sea snorkeling trip. They provided all equipment and knowledge. Best of all, we survived in the back and forth boat ride (very bumpy but interesting). Oh I forgot to mention, we saw all kinds of fishes and sealifes at the Captain Cook Monument area. Thank you crew!

Our group had 3 adults and 3 kids with the youngest being 3 years old. He was the only one who didn't love being in the water but he loved the snacks and was so excited to see the spinner dolphins! It was a wonderful trip for all of us and the crew was friendly and very accommodating.
