We had an excellent private all day...

We had an excellent private all day tour with Paul from One Excellent Travel. He took us all over the city, visiting the Parliament Palace, Old Town and Village Museum. We then left the city to visit Mogosoaia Palace and Snagov Monastery. We werent able to get into the Monestary when we arrived, so Paul changed plans and went to the Palace first, then backtracked to the Monestary. Our 7 hour tour turned in to 8 1/2 hours. He didnt eliminate anything that was planned even though we hit traffic. He gave us a lot of history of Romania and Bucharest and spoke excellent English.

Paul was our guide for the day and was outstanding. There aren't really enough sites to fill a day, but we did visit the typical ones. There are no accommodations in Bucharest, in general, for handicapped or elderly with walking difficulties, so many of the sites were not possible for visitation by one person in our family. We would highly recommend Paul One Excellence Travel for any tour you plan in Romania.
