  • Pamper yourself with a 20-minute aromatherapy massage (optional)

The temperature varies for each of the 18 pools, with the large outdoor swimming pool at a temperature of 84 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) or the steaming pool at 106 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius), a fine place to sit back and treat your muscles. Don’t worry about the time while you pool hop; this ticket provides full-day access.

When you’re finally ready to head out, use your Széchenyi Spa gift of shampoo and shower gel to rinse off in the shower. If you’re in the mood to top off the day with a little more luxury, upgrade to include a 20-minute aromatherapy massage. To see a map of Széchenyi Spa, please click on 'View Additional Info'.

The thermal baths are a MUST if you are visiting Budapest..! Great indoor and outdoor pools.. bring your own towels and flip flops to avoid the huge hiring costs! Cabins are so convenient too.

A must do when visiting Budapest, we arrived st 10.15sm when it was a bit quieter, stayed until 6pm , much busier by this time, however I still found it difficult to leave, had such a relaxing day , pools inside and out were einderful

The spa was very relaxing and fun. We enjoyed trying out many of the pools. I'm not sure what the Viator booked package gave us that we wouldn't have received by just showing up but regardless, it was fun.

I was dissapointed in this one , It has 3 pools, but the largest one is a lap pool only for swimming laps, must wear a cap. The othe 2 pools one was closed and there must have been 200 people in the one that we could go in, It was creepy, to have the people on top,of us. We did not change it felt a little bit like a municiple pool., Unfortunetly I was really looking forward to this one ,really dissapointed.

a great experience. We made the mistake of going in the morning. This meant that it was less crowded, but we would have liked to have gone back after walking around Budapest for the rest of the day. An experience that should not be missed. Do yourself a favor and bring your own towel... the ones they rent you seem a little pricey.

Liked discovering this unique opportunity through viator. The venue was VERY difficult to navigate. We went in two separate doors of the same building only to be told to keep walking around until we found it. Navigating the pools was difficult also. Better signage outside is necessary. Also, a TOUR of the facility (once we found it) including the purposes of the various pools re mineral content and temperature would have made the experience more enjoyable.

Worth EVERY penny - skip the line entry, cabin to get ready and store belongings, massage, free shower gel/shampoo, friendly staff, great experience! I highly recommend paying for this if you plan to visit the spa.

The spa itself was a good experience despite the inconveniece. Not everything is included. First there is no private entrance or cabin. You enter the same place as everyone else and the cabin they are saying is included is actually the locker rooms. We did not get the spa gift so bring your own if you plan to use the facility showers.

Beautiful place to experience part of Hungary's history. Building was a short walk from a Hop on - Hop off bus stop which worked out great! Be sure to go inside the buildings where the actual heated pools are!

The spa is beautiful , the water is great. The massage was ok my only complaint is that two of us were booked together and they had us at opposite ends of the spa for the massage. I'd recommend the spa as a must-see/do to anyone visiting Budapest.
