Overview

Sample Argentina's local wines in this small-group tasting experience in Buenos Aires. Take two hours in the city, instead of a day trip to the Mendoza wine region, to taste some of the country's spectacular boutique wines. Snack on traditional tapas plates while an expert guides you through the tasting experience and educates you on the history and viniculture of Argentine wine. Numbers are limited to 15 for a personalized experience.
  • Buenos Aires wine-tasting
  • Taste five regionally produced Argentine wines paired with local tapas plates
  • Learn about the different wines and wine culture of Argentina, including the famous Mendoza region
  • Enjoy the personalized, un-touristy experience of a small group
  • Taste wines tailored to your interests and enjoy endless pours
  • Ship your favorite wines to the United States or Australia (if that is your home)
Taste some of Argentina's world-famous wines during this 2-hour small-group experience in Buenos Aires' trendy Palermo Soho neighborhood. You'll relax and enjoy an afternoon exploring the Argentine palate, no matter your level of prior wine knowledge.
Make your way to a local wine loft to meet your sommelier, an expert on Argentine wines. Sample five different boutique wines accompanied by traditional Argentine dishes including empanadas, chocolate, fruit, nuts, cheeses and sorbet. Ask your sommelier any questions you have about local wines or wine in general while you enjoy endless pours and learn about the winemaking process in Mendoza, Argentina's premier wine-producing region.
Afterward, pick some of your favorites, typically unavailable outside the country, to ship home if you'd like (own expense).

A bit of a hard location to find, and the group was larger than what I would call small, but otherwise generous servings of wine and the matched food was delicious. The wines were all of a high quality. Our group was made up of more serious wine lovers and casual drinker and we all had a great time and learned a few things about Argentine wine. Great fun.

The gentleman teaching us about wine tasting and the different regions of wine in Argentina was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the wines, regions, and history. The pairings of the food and wine was well done. The wine itself was excellent. We were able to sample five different wines. My wife and I bought a case to have shipped back home. Like many places in Buenos Aires you discover what is behind the non descript door is not what you expect. Going into the wine tasting room was a very pleasant surprise.

We loved this wine tasting experience. They were all very knowledgeable and explained the different regions where the wines came from that we would be tasting. They also did a great job pairing the wines with different handmade foods. All the wines we tasted were great! We would highly recommend this!

Great tour, Sommelier was verry knowledgable and answered the whole group questions. Portions of wine and food were great. Recommend for anybody that has an interest in learning about Argentinian wine without traveling to the Mendoza region.

A must do! Berty, the sommelier, is wonderful. The food pairings are good too! I actually did this tour twice when I was in Buenos Aires for 6 weeks.

Great event in a nice and cozy place. We liked it very much because the accompanying food was also very nice. The wines tasted also revealed some less known grape varieties from Argentina. Great explanations. We highly recommend it!

You cannot come to Buenos Aires and not do this! It was the perfect size group and the wine featured are from smaller wineries in Argentina. If you can only do one thing, do this!!!!
