Set menu options:

Menu 1:
  • Rainbow trout smoked by the chef, served with Kastelholm cheese sauce, pickled red onion, radishes, cucumber, croutons, cheese chips, garden cress, and dill (LF, GF)
  • Lamb fillet fried in thyme butter and a spring salad made from sugar peas, spinach, radishes and parsnip, served with creamed sand leek butter, red wine vinegar reduction and potato cake (LF, GF)
  • Warm chocolate fondant and old-world vanilla ice cream, served with a sour apple compote (LF)

Menu 2:

  • Roast early-crop vegetables, Kastelholm cheese sauce, pickled red onion, radishes, cucumber, croutons, cheese chips, and cress (LF)
  • Savoy cabbage roll stuffed with mushrooms, served with potato and garlic purée, and fresh tomato sauce (LF)
  • Warm chocolate fondant and old-world vanilla ice cream, served with a sour apple compote (LF)
