The lovley guide Sarah took us to a local restaurant that had no English menu, so we wouldn’t have gone the by ourselves. We got to taste all kinds of different dishes!

Our guide took us to a tasty dim sum restaurant that we wouldn't have found on our own. However, all of the other food tours I've ever taken have brought me to more than one destination, so I was surprised that we only stopped at one place. Also, it's always awkward when your guide won't eat with you. Great price for the amount of food, and we learned a bunch.

Met by our tour guide Sarah who walked us to the restaurant. Excellent guide Sarah who explained the different foods and ordered us a selection of dishes to try. Restaurant extremely large, noisy, crowded and we were the only non locals but we felt comfortable with Sarah as our guide, which added to to the experience. Sarah talked about life in Hong Kong post British rule. She was very interesting and informative.
Overall a great way to see how and what the locals eat for breakfast.

Was ok. Not a tour, only went to one place. Was a good amount of food tho some food undercooked like the meatballs, some overcooked and gooey. Drinks other than tea were an extra charge tho not a lot. The steamed buns were quite good. Probably coulda went to any one of the many many dim sum restaurants in hong kong and got food at least as good or better at a price at least as good or better. The guide was nice enough and chatty tho she did sneakily nick my sons custard bun haha

This tour was excellent. It more than lived up to expectations. I would say I was an adventurous eater, but this would suit the less adventurous diner. There were no chicken feet, unmentionable bits of animals, it was mostly shrimp, beef, fish and some vegetables. Our guide took us to a top Dim Sum restaurant, usually only visited by locals.
The food was excellent and plentiful, the dishes just kept on coming, my kind of tour. All washed down with tea. When we eventually finished our food, our guide asked us if we wanted anymore, but all of us were stuffed.
I'd advise on skipping breakfast on the day of the tour, and maybe a light meal the previous evening.

This tour is a must if you want to experience the local culture. We met our tour guide, Sarah, at 10am so we could enjoy the Dim Sum meal as breakfast. The resataurant was packed with locals, where you are seated with them in big round tables. Sarah selected the items for us to try, all of which we enjoyed thoroughly. She took the time to explain all the different dishes and the tea service. She is a kind and knowledgable local who inmediately makes you feel comfortable, since she is very easy to talk to and is happy to answer all your questions. It was really a pleasure to spend time with her, aside from the fantastic meal!

My second Dim Sum Tour. This time I took our daughter. It was all worth while just to see the smile on her face and hear her repeat this is great dad....this is so great. Our leader did a wonderful job explaining the ingredients of each Dim Sum dish and explaining the significance of the dish to the Chinese culture. Great food. Great experience. Excellent leader. Highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide explained the details of each Dim Sum dish and the significance of that dish to the Chinese culture. The food was fresh and beautifully presented as well as delicious. Each member of our tour with our stomachs full and smiles on our faces.
