We had to look for the van that wasn't at our destination flight, we had to send messages but no one answered. The day we made the reservation we paid for a round trip and the day of our returning flight, Viator wrote to us saying that wasn't included and we had to look for a new transportation meanwhile and almost one our before.

I was not added on the pick up list. Took hour and half to be picked up.wiich involved multiple calls.

They forgot to include us in the list of guests to be picked up. I asked one of the members of the Company and he said he couldn’t do anything and didn’t try to assist. I called the company and the person was apologetic and that someone would come shortly. We waited for an hour and a half. We already had been traveling for 16 hours to get here.

Missed my connector flight in Mexico City due to customs and it being my first time traveling out of the country. They did not understand this and did not refund my money. Do not recommend.

Exceptional service, always on time with clean newer vehicles. The Viator App has a glitches that defaults the pickup time to 7:00 AM, even though you input a different time. Not to worry, one day prior to your booking time, these folks whatsapp you to confirm the actual time/location. Great Service!
