Your pick up time will vary based on the hotel you are staying at. Pick up times are generally 45 minutes to 90 minutes prior to departure time and available via Limousine. If you choose the self-drive option, you must check in at our heli terminal 45 minutes prior to departure.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
  • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
  • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
  • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Near public transportation
  • Infants must sit on laps

  • Post COVID-19 Safety Updates - We politely request that you refrain from taking this tour should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, or if you are at a high risk of contracting the disease. Upon entry to the van or terminal, there will be a temperature check of all guests. If a guest has higher than 100.4 degrees, then they are unable to travel. Face masks will be mandatory since social distancing is not able to be practiced in the helicopter. Social distancing will be practiced in vehicles and on the ground. All high-touch stations will be sanitized after each guest and all vehicles / helicopters will be sanitized before and after each trip. Deep cleaning is done in the terminal each night.

Don't sit in the middle

Took my 15 yr old daughter and we had a blast! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the 2 ppl in the back tht are seated in the middle cant really see, and take good pictures bc there's a person on each side. With my daughter it was fine, bc I just lean all over her (lol) but the lady to my left was less than thrilled bc her and her husband were trying to take pics as well, and iys awkward reaching over/leaning into a stranger. Esp when covid has everyone all crazy about space. It wouldn't have been a huge deal except the whole strip show was out the left window where they were sitting. Other than tht, our pilot was amazing, super friendly, and was an all around great guy! Amazing experience

Had to reschedule due to New Year's Eve the shut down the streets. But rescheduling went easy enough. Limo was epic. Good music, smooth ride and an informative pilot. Very nice. Did not get champagne due to Covid I was told. But other wise amazing.

The actual helicopter experience was amazing! But the transportation and communication was horrible! We booked a tour including limousine transportation to and from the hotel. One of the main reasons that we booked this tour was BC of the transportation round trip. We were not told via text or phone call that we wouldn’t be picked up by limo, instead we were sent an email which we didn’t see until 15 min before pickup while we were waiting. The reasoning was due to the strip closure on NYE, however we still had to find transportation and the entire 10:30 block was from the same hotel. It was just ridiculous that we weren’t contacted personally and were then just expected to be there. The helicopter ride was great and the pilot was great, but other than that it wasn’t the best experience overall.

Window seats not occupied by children

It was a great experience overall. We had 3 children and 2 adults in our party. Obviously going on a helicopter tour with a 4 year-old, 6 year-old and a 10 year-old, means this 'adventure' was all about the children. However, every single child was placed in the center of the helicopter - the worst view possible... this was very unfortunate. There was actually 3 window seats in the helicopter and the pilot put 2 adults in the window seats and left the last window seat completely open... open... like as in a completely empty seat... a seat Against The Window... in a helicopter tour! A helicopter tour with the best seats left open and the worst seats occupied by the very people who want to see the most... very sad. The whole point of the helicopter tour is to look out the windows... not sit in the center looking at the back of the pilot's seat. Making the smallest children sit in the very center of the copter... they could barely see over the windows. I am well aware that their are weight considerations and trying to balance the copter, but I am also quite aware that the children could have easily been placed in the window seats with a little extra effort by the pilot - it's an easy, 10-minute flight with very mild weather and a forgiving climate... Very Disappointed. The pilot was very friendly and communicative... my smallest child actually fell asleep. It was too bad that I Paid nearly $500 for my children to look at the back of the pilot's seat for 10 minutes and fall asleep.
