There are no words that can make this right. Nevertheless, please know that we are shocked and deeply saddened by your experience. This exchange was unacceptable and we are beyond thankful that you came forward and alerted us yesterday evening. We have since investigated the matter, spoken with the office manager, and received the tour guide's account. We believe every word that you have said and the guide was dismissed immediately this morning. This is the first complaint of this nature we've received about our tour and this guide. He was a fairly new addition to the team after having just completed training. Please know that he is no longer with us as his behavior violates multiple rules. This is not representative of our company culture. We have a zero-tolerance policy about things of this nature and always want to do what is best for our guests to ensure a safe, fun, and professional tour. Please accept our sincerest apologies and know that we have already begun measures to ensure the prevention of such an occurrence in the future.
