What To Expect

A huge disappointment. The bus arrived on time but from thereon the experience went from bad to worse. We were kept waiting outside the bus for 25 minutes in the freezing temperatures while the staff tried in vain to get the sound system working. In the end they let us onboard but still could not get the sound to work. So can't really comment on what the experience would have been as it just turned into an average short tour.
Seriously not impressed. We were not even given the option of a refund. Very, Very disappointed

Really fun, easy way to tour NYC and get some great historical and pop culture information. The guides are so enthusiastic! The big bus is clean and comfortable.

This trip was new too me and decided to try it. My scheduled slot was changed without being given a choice. I did book this trip well in advance as part of a planned trip. A phone call from the ride confirmed my time. Once again it was part of a 60th birthday trip so luckily I was able to make this change. However the bus was less than half full. The tour guide was very good but her enthusiasm was lost on the small numbers on board. Felt the Ride didn't read the real purpose of my booking trip and due to the small numbers on the bus the trip lacked the atmosphere I hope my husband would experience. No doubt if I would have got my original booking on a full bus the purpose of the trip would have been realised. Really disappointed with the insensitivity.

The bus was great and the guide was lovely,but we were a bit disappointed with the content of the tour. We were hoping to see the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building from the bus but we did not see them or any of the big stores.

The tour was very interesting lots of information not known before - but it is published to be a 90 min tour which is ok for 61 each - and it barely was an hour which is NOT ok for 61 each!!! Very expensive and disappointing.
