This was fantastic! I was late to the class because of my own stupid mistake, and the wonderful, patient instructor had waited 45 minutes for me. As it turned out, the other people hadn't showed, so she gave me a private class, and was meticulous, patient, clear and very positive. I learned more in the afternoon about multiple aspects of baking than in nearly 30 years of making treats for my family! It was SO much fun, and she went thru step by step explaining why you did everything. Plus, you got a lot of eclairs, etc to take back that you had made at the end. Think about who you like enough to share them with afterwards as there is NO WAY you can eat all the eclairs you make yourself...For example if you are in Paris with your family, and take this class on your own, bring them back to the hotel...
