  • Visit a UNESCO-listed natural area
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off in Split (selected hotels)
  • All entrance fees included
  • Ride a sightseeing boat and panoramic train
  • Hike a forest trail
Start with your pickup from the meeting point or selected hotels in Split or Trogir, then begin the 155-mile (250-km) trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park: your guide will share some background about the park and Croatia along the way, and you’ll have scenic views of the countryside throughout the trip.
Upon arrival in Plitvice Lakes National Park, stretch your legs on a hike through the forest, following the guide on a 2.5-mile (4-km) trail to the park’s upper lakes. Hop in a boat at the lakes for the ride to the lower lakes, or Donja Jezera, a picture-perfect cluster surrounded by thick trees.
The national park is the perfect place to see geology in action, as the rivers and streams that flow through the Plitvice Lakes continue to shape the karst formations and rock landscape visible during your tour. Trade the boat for a seat on a panoramic train for another perspective on the terrain, then enjoy some free time for lunch—meals are not included, but the guide can help you find the perfect place to eat.
This 12-hour tour concludes with a return trip to Trogir or Split with drop-off at your hotel.

loved the tour, Tiko and Toni were amazing, really friendly and enjoyable company. However it would have been good to receive detail information on the voucher advising it would be a 4h hiking tour so we could be more prepared in terms of shoes.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide Igor was fabulous, very well-informed, friendly and spoke multiple languages fluently. The day was long but that was to be expected and it was also very busy in the park this day. However, all ran smoothly and our guide made the clever decision to slightly change up the way in which we navigated through the park in order to avoid the crowds as much as possible. We were very grateful for this as it allowed us to see most of the park in about 4 hours despite the crowds. The park is amazingly beautiful and I would definately recommend this tour.

We visited plitvice lakes and the location was beautiful, but our bus broke down on the way there and the air conditioning did not work. Luckily got a new bus for the way back.. maybe our tour guide could have been a bit more active than he was

This trip was wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of our guide Igor and driver Tijo. They made the long drive from Split informative and entertaining. They worked wonderfully off each other. The park itself was super crowded but for great reason, it was absolutely spectacular. If you're a nature lover (or at least a waterfall lover) and are looking for a good day trip from Split, I cannot reccomend this enough.

The lakes are stunning and you should 100% go! However be warned that the climate is very very different. Take lots of clothes. No one was prepared on our trip we were just told to have a jumper. We had to stop to by hoodies, jackets, leggings and scarves. The tourist shops made a killing.

Our tour was fantastic, not only was our guide deeply knowledgeable, as he was born in Croatia, he made the tour seem like a very interesting history lesson. The drive to the park was long, but there was always something interesting our guide would point out and the history behind the land. The park

My fiancée and I really enjoyed this 12 hours trip. It was totally worth it. We highly recommending this travel agency and this trip to Plitvice. However, if you want to enjoy this active leisure to the fullest, you need to be a bit prepared, because of the long drives back and forward and long walks in a very crowded Plitvice park. You should have a good footwear, comfortable close, some snacks, water and a good night sleep before the departure.
Firstly, it is a huge advantage that this travel agency can pick you up from a various locations in Split. Personally, we were taken from Radisson Blu Resort. This place were nearest from where we lived. The bus was quite good, conditioner worked perfectly very important, comfortable seats, spacious.
Marco did a really good job. I admired how he handled all the challenges he got during our trip that day. As a guide, he had a lot of interesting information about Croatia, Split city and Plitvice from geographical, historical and political point. It was very interesting to listen. He was friendly, always with a smile, knows how to interact whit people. The travel agency should be very happy and grateful to have him in their team.
In addition, we would like to say thank you for the bus driver that day. He did as well an excellent job.

Beautiful lakes. But no secret--very crowded

With red leaves and the clear water, the lakes were actually stunning. Although it was too crowded with too many tourists, and the big waterfall was not as great as I expected, the tour was joyful.
Our guide and driver were helpful, polite and so nice. They were knowledgeable and funny, I had a great time traveling with them.
And as some fellows have mentioned, though there were lunch time and 2 breaks, we didn't have time have to lunch until 4pm. So do bring your own snacks or fruits or sandwiches if you are worried.

A breathtaking place to visit. In spite of the crowds, it's a must when visiting Croatia. On the ride back to Split, our guide gave a synopsis of the breakup of Yugoslavia that made the situation of the war understandable. Great outing.
