Begin your tour with a hotel pickup from your centrally located lodging in Manuel Antonio, meeting your driver before 8 a.m. for the morning tour or 2 p.m. for the afternoon tour (pickup time advised on reconfirmation). Drive a short distance to the coast with a small group of 10 people or fewer and attend a 20-minute instruction and safety presentation before hitting the water.

Hop on your stand up paddleboard and travel at a comfortable pace determined by your group as you maneuver alongside the rain forest, keeping your eyes peeled for sightings of wild animals like howler monkeys and toucans in their natural habitat. Stop at three beaches along the way to rest, swim, and snack on fresh fruits (included), ending at the secluded Biesanz Bay.

Transfer back to your hotel roughly four hours after pickup.
