What To Expect
Your Grand Canyon adventure begins at the Ogden Hinckley Airport in Utah. Depending on what time you chose, your Utah Airways flight could take off in the early morning or in the afternoon. As you’re airborne, your guide will get your attention to show you some really great aerial views of Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon.
After your 2.5-hour flight, the rest of your day trip starts. With four hours to go, hit the Rim Trail to hike from the rim of Pipe Creek Vista to Hermits Rest. During a few certain areas of the hike, you’ll get pretty close to the edge, so make sure to hike with extreme caution.
Stop at Yavapai Point, and go to the Yavapai Observation Station. At the station, take in picture-perfect views of the canyon, the Colorado River, and Phantom Ranch Lodge.
When your tour comes to an end, it’s time to take your returning flight back to the airport in Utah.
