After pickup from your Santorini hotel, travel by air-conditioned minivan to Amoudi on the island’s north coast.
Hop out and admire the gleaming ‘Sunset Oia’ Lagoon 500 catamaran. This sleek, modern sailboat has won awards for its comfort and design, and features a spacious fly bridge and decks, a large saloon, cabins, and onboard WiFi.
Meet your skipper, step aboard, and find a comfortable spot on deck. Then, after a safety briefing, gaze out at Santorini’s cliffs and whitewashed villages as you set sail onto the caldera.
Bask in the sea breezes and scenery, and sip the unlimited drinks available on board, including dry white Santorinian Nychtery wine, ouzo, sodas, and water.
Stop at the hot springs, a small coastal bay fed by naturally heated, underwater volcanic springs. Enjoy an optional bathe in the bath-warm waters here, and swim close to shore to slather yourself in gooey mud before washing it off in the sea.
After roughly 30 minutes here, cruise near the rugged island of Aspronisi before cutting through the waves to Santorini’s southeastern tip. Admire the views of the whitewashed Akrotiri Lighthouse and Indian Rock, where the rocks resemble a face, and drop anchor off White Beach, so called for its rocky white cliffs.
Enjoy about an hour here to swim and snorkel, and savor an onboard barbecue lunch of dishes like pork chops, pasta, Greek salad, and fresh fruit. See the Itinerary for a sample menu. Face masks, fins, snorkels, and towels are available for your use.
Next, cruise to nearby Red Beach for a final swim and snorkel. Choose to sunbathe on deck, cool off in the waters, or don a snorkel to explore the underwater world.
Finally, dock at the port of Vlychada before your 5-hour cruise experience concludes with a hotel drop-off.
