The Karaweik Palace is designed after the Royal barge and is really a regal place to dine at. The interiors are really stunning. The artists in their colourful traditional attire put up a nice show. The international buffet offers a sampling of Burmese, Thai, Japanese, Indian and European dishes. The quality of food is decent without being great. Overall a nice way to spend an evening.

Very neat experience. Great buffet, with a bunch of options. The set-up is a little weird as the show starts around 6pm but people were straggling in for the next hour and a half. They would do a song performance then take about a 5 minute break and on. It was a little distracting when the tour groups arrive about 7pm in the middle of one of the shows. However, was a great evening.

Really enjoyed the culture show and the venue. Was not all over the food though, as the buffet options were a bit bland and dull in comparison to food in local restaurants.
Drinks were massively overpriced and are not included in the package.
It felt massively touristy and there were really big groups, so this for solo travellers and couples can be a bit intimidating.

This was an excellent tour idea. The Palace was amazing as well as the staff. The dancers and musicians were great as they danced and played their way through the different phases of Myanmar history. Food was great and entertainment was exceptional. A wonderful end to a spectacular Myanmar vacation.
