The tour was ok. There were few disadvantage which is justified if you do not want explore on own. No food or beverage in bus problem is with kids if they get hungry. Journey time is long from Zurich means 9:30 start must be atleast 2 to 3 hours more to givr ample time on snow. Other than that staff, bus, commentary were good.
tour was cancelled due to bad weather since the trip was delayed because of visit to other places
, Jun 2019
We rather disappointed this tour was cancelled due to thunderstormand we went to Stanserhorn instead which there is no snow in this mountain and lack of others activity in this place like cliff walk, ice flyer, etc. This tour main attraction supposed to be placed at mount Titlis, but the trip was started at Lucerne for lunch and shopping, and also at other place for a break, We are ended up arrived at Mt Titlis at 2pm where thunderstorm started already. It is better we just went to the mount titlis straight in the morning instead of going to other places first since in the early morning the sun was still shine, then we can go to other places to do shopping and others after the mount Titlis trip.
It is better if the tour guide was smarter to look upon the weather changes and can decide which is the better places to go first so we won't miss the main attraction
We only have 1 day to go mount Titlis since we come from Indonesia, South East Asia and took the trip across European countries. We might not be able to come back to Europe again in a few years from now.
The tour was initially for Mt Titlis. But due to bad weather, cable cars were canceled. Nonetheless, the tour head, Katrin, brought us up to Mt Pilatus instead. It turned out to be an exciting and fun trip despite the change. Kudos to the team, for being ready and able under difficult circumstances. No one complained of the change in itinerary. Fully enjoyed.
It was an enjoyable daytime! We stopped just outside of Lucerne and then only one hour in Lucerne. Most tourist push the timeline rudely. When they say 10 min it always turns to 20. Then we waited graciously an extra 20 min for the exact same tourist to be late again. They were left behind hopefully they will not be rude again. The tour itself was wonderful enjoying the Swiss countryside made me almost break out with "The hills are alive" cow bells green pasture! June 1 I was skeptical of no coat needed and drug 2 with me. It really was no coat needed!!!
