Join Waqa's lovely wife Ruvina in their small kitchen and cook an authentic Fijian meal together. Learn to fresh press coconut milk to make dishes such as miti, fresh fish and ferns in delicately spiced citrus coconut milk or lolo, a coconut milk stew served the traditional way with root vegetables like cassava or dalo. Share the traditional Fijian meal you helped cook with your hosts at their dining table. Tea, coffee or kava is served upon request.
