Socrates - Wine tasting - Symposium

Socrates - Wine tasting - Symposium

We gonna see the Theater of Socrates on my family theater! Our actors are ready to share with you the culture of Crete, after we gonna visit my family Cellar where is our Organic wines that we gonna taste together and also unlimited of Organic Creta cuisine food, then we gonna sing and dance a traditional Cretan song with live music The Apology of Socrates is a text by Plato, most likely written in 397 or 396 BC. It is Plato’s only non-dialogical work, but also the only Platonic dialogue in which Plato twice mentions that he was present at the event he narrates. This certainly reinforces the theory of the historical character of the Apology in the sense that it wouldn’t be wise for Socrates be portrayed in a way that does not fit his character. Following the accusations of Anytus, Meletus, and Lycon against Socrates, the philosopher essentially proceeded to make three speeches, trying both to defend himself and to dismiss the accusations.
