Your host will talk about where to get certain Japanese products. This is a very 'hands on' class. Recipes will be provided. Some historical background on the dishes that your are making if possible, and you will eat everything that you'll make. Little to no experience is required of the clients. Just the love of Japanese food.

Learn the basic principals to make 'proper' Sushi rice for yourself, family, and lucky friends that you'd invite to your home for a great Japanese meal. Not only will you recieve instructions but where to buy your Japanese products locally. There are also ways to get your Japanese food products online as well.

Learn to make these Japanese Homestyle meals. Full of 'Umami" flavor and not too hard to make. You will receive recipes and know where to get your products to replicate a home.

This class is mostly hands-on. You will receive instructions but most of the cooking will be done by the students. You will eat everything that you make.There will be a chopstick lesson as well as recipes for the dishes that we made. I will go over where you can buy your Japanese ingredients and some dietary restrictions if needed.
