The evening starts with tropical sounds, a sultry cocktail, followed by a menu seasoned by the “Spice Trail” cuisines of The Caribbean with a modern twist. African, Spanish, Taíno, and Middle Eastern (Jewish & Arabic) flavors come together to make up traditional, Dominican, dishes-paired with a glass of a "silky-white" wine from California. It ends with a creamy rum-dessert and stories, through "The Host's Questionnaire."* Menus can be customized for your dinner-event.
