Your sightseeing tour begins at the tour office, located on Jiron Puno near the Chachapoyas main square, where you’ll greet your guide. Spend the first part of your tour admiring the buildings that surround you: Chachapoyas main square plays host to picturesque colonial houses, the Municipal Palace, and the Cathedral of Chachapoyas.
From here, you’ll take a local bus to the town of Huanca, renowned for its production of artisan pottery. Stop at the first of two viewpoints, from which incredible views of Huanca Urco Canyon and the Gocta Waterfalls are enjoyed.
