Alongside a veteran river guide, you’ll conquer exhilarating Class IV and V rapids while passing forests filled with black bears and wild deer. Thunder over waterfalls, paddle through three dramatic canyons, and choose either a morning or afternoon departure time on this rafting adventure. No previous rafting experience is required however participants must be competent swimmers with a moderate level of fitness.

Kick off your rafting adventure at the rafting training facility, located at milepost 7.5 on the left side of the Hope Highway. Here, you’ll greet your experienced guide and receive an orientation talk to ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable.

After donning a lifejacket and helmet, clamber into your raft and prepare to paddle over thundering Class IV and V rapids. Under the guidance of your instructor, navigate your way over roaring white-water, passing forests abundant with black bears and wild deer.

As you progress further down the river, the difficulty level advances and rapids increase to Class V just before the third canyon you conquer. Then, following approximately 2 hours of rafting, exit the river and travel back to the training facility by van.
