Feel your adrenaline surge as the propeller roars into life and you soar high above the city. Absorb panoramic vistas of landmarks in the Olympic Village and the Old Town as you gaze from an aerial perspective. After a short flight, return to the Columbus Monument where your tour concludes.
Our original tour was canceled at the last minute, so we booked this one. It was light and great fun. Loved the tour company as they walked to meet us because we got a little lost. The walking tour was very interesting. The helicopter ride was very quick (which we knew before), but its not every day you get to go ride in a helicopter and we got great pics. The boat ride was fun, but wasn't a talking ride. It was kinda like a ferry, but just was a ride out along the coast and then back. It was relaxing and we got great photos.
Our guide, Oscar, was good fun to be with and very knowledgeable about Barcelona. He even gave tips on where we should visit. Helicopter ride was a great way to finish this group tour, overall a very good experience and would defo recommend it.
The tour guide, Marco was great but the overall tour was not so. Both the boat cruise and helicopter flight had no commentary whatsoever and the helicopter flight was not 6 minutes long but more like 4 minutes and had a wait time of at least an hour before boarding. Very disappointed.
The entire excursion was perfect. The van was clean and new. Helicopter was a smooth ride and a short wait. And the boat was a well-appointed classic with a beautiful wood deck.If you get the option, choose Daria as your guide. She is SO pleasant and knowledgeable.
The tour group was led by David, it was a small group which meant it was easy to follow and understand his presentations.
Whilst explaining the landmarks, he also provided the myths and legends behind them, adding to the experience rather than just providing dates and historical facts.
The helicopter ride was amazing and therefore it was the quickest 6 minutes I have experienced in a while.
The only negative of it was that due to weight restrictions and only having a smaller helicopter at the time, my partner and I had to split up and ride separately. However, David compensated for this by having us sit in the front seat which provided a much better viewing experience with no obstructions.
I'd definitely recommend the tour and David.
This tour was a great experience, there was some issues of weather and need of rescheduling but I was able to enjoy the tour with an amazing tour guide. I would recommend this for anyone willing to get a birds eye of the coast and learn the history of this amasing city.
