This class was amazing. Martin picked us up at Les Halles just a block from our rental. He drove for about 15 -20 minutes mainly traffic to the school location. The school, L'Atelier Culinary et Vous was very comfortable and welcoming. There were four of us in the class and after a cup of cafe we began the class. The Chef spoke both English and French and was entertaining as informative. We prepared crostini, rabbit, and almond tart. Wine parings were provided for each part of the meal. We were able to participate and encouraged to participate as much as we would like and after sat down to eat our creations. This was a lovely way to spent late morning and early afternoon on a rainy Biarritz day. Martin then stopped back to pick us up and return us to our rental apartment. Hats off to Martin for organizing the adventure and to the Chef in creating the culinary experience. I would definitely recommend this experience and would do it again if back in Biarritz.
