The tour around the Harvard campus was excellent!! It was student led and our guide, Andie, was very personable and loves her school. We learned so much about the school that would not otherwise be known!! I would definitely recommend this tour.

Kimi was great! Very informative and lots of fascinating tidbits. She was very enthusiastic and the stories she told were pretty great. I was disappointed to not be allowed to go inside the Widener Library only students allowed and was disheartened to hear that many students neglect to go there either because it's overwhelming and doesn't have a Starbucks. It would have been good also to know ahead of time that we weren't going to fully tour the campus or see inside anywhere, just be shown specific buildings. It was a very cursory tour. That being said though, the buildings discussed were interesting to learn about and it was good to learn about the school itself beyond just about certain buildings. I was especially shocked to hear how late it was that Harvard finally 1 accepted women into the main campus to study and 2 allowed women to get the same diplomas as men.

Definitely recommended! Having it done by a student who so clearly loves the school and knows a lot about history and culture of the community is great.

One suggestion...
We did not know you got a free Hahvahd tour if you do a Duck Tour and so paid for this. Just a heads-up.

My only suggestion might be to better control people who try to join the tour without paying for it. Our guide did say something finally but it did get a bit annoying for those of us who planned and paid for our tour. That is our only negative. We loved it and had a great time! Guide was very good and we learned a lot.
