Good tour

It was a very educational experience! We were sad that Valladolid was closed due to covid and we were not made aware of that until the tour. However, we got extra time at the cenote which was beautiful and refreshing. Due to covid we also weren’t allowed to leave the tour guide to explore alone, buy things and take pictures so we didn’t get to fully enjoy Chichen Itza. But over all beautiful place and I would highly recommend you go if you’re in Mexico.

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Cancun. This magnificent world wonder was made even better by our guide Marco and driver Javier. Marco is extremely knowledgeable in Mayan culture and kept us engrossed the entire trip. The tour itself is well divided into Chichen Itzá, a cenote swim and Yucatán meal. There was no trip to Valladolid this time due to the recent COVID outbreak there and it would’ve been wrong to bring outsiders in to possibly worsen that. Everything moves fairly quickly so make sure to take all your pictures when you can. Your purchases at the Mayan shop after your meal help fund the local schools, which I found wonderful. Make sure to bring sunscreen, water, a hat, and comfy shoes and clothing. Again, hats off to Marco. Such a wonderful trip that everyone should do if given the opportunity!

LOVE LOVE THIS TOUR!! Everything about this tour was amazing! We got picked up at our hotel very early at 6am and returned at 8pm. The excursion is very long but worth it. Marco was very nice and knowledgeable! On our way to Yucatán he talked about the history and the people. Chichen Itza was BEAUTIFUL! And the Cetone was to die for- the water was cool and refreshing. I suggest for Chichen Itza to bring an umbrella because the sun is going to be BEAMING!!!!

Marco, our guide, I am in love with him. He has so much knowledge and knows how to deliver it so you can understand it. He was wonderful. He was very attentive and explained things step-by-step as to what was going to happen next, which was great. He took us to a wonderful place to eat and food was delicious. The restaurant was very well set up for Covid and I felt very safe. I tried on the necklace. Marco came by it said that he had bought one for his wife so my husband bought it for me for my birthday . We had a wonderful time. We will do it again when we come back. Thank you for for the opportunity to have Marco as our guide.Amaxing

It was a great experience. Chichen Itza tour was much more beyond expectations. Rodrigo was extremely knowledgeable and funny and took really cool pictures of us. The best guided tour I ever had. Due to COVID it was not crowded and we managed to enjoy cenote to the full. On the road Marco gave us interesting facts and tips about maya. The food at Mayan village was really tasty, just bring your own water. In whole I totally recommend it.

We visited Chicken itaz On November 8, 2020. As far as Covid goes everyone wore masks there was lots of hand sanitizer. The groups to visit the site we’re limited to 10 people. We had a great tour guide Rodrigo. Who was very knowledgeable. He also is working on the site with an archaeologist. He had lots of wonderful information. He also takes great pictures! Marcos was our tour guide he was fantastic. Fun with lots of information. Arturo was our driver. We also went to a nice Mexican Buffet. Then we went to Selva Maya And open cenote that was beautiful. All in all we had a wonderful time!!

Good day but with some room for improvement
Hermann

The tour was all in all good. The tour guide and staff were very friendly and nice and knowledgeable. Busses were modern and with air-conditioning. The Chichén-Itzá site is amazing and thanks to Covid-19 it was not busy. The lunch was good and a welcomed rest after the hot day. The cenote on the other hand was way too busy to enjoy (and this was during covid time, probably in normal times you don't even get in) . 1h at the cenote including queues for lockers, lifewest getting changed and so on is just not enough. There are a few things that could have been done better and would have given the better experience starting from the pickup organization. The fact that they advertise a hotel pick up (yes I paid for the deluxe package) and then they only serve certain hotels is misleading and unacceptable expecially when not stated anywhere. We were forced to take a taxi to a meeting point otherwise we could not join the tour. After pick up, instead of meeting all at an intersection of the main road to Chichén-Itzá they drive all the way to Cancun to change bus and then move back towards Chichén-Itzá. This wastes approximately 1h on the way there and 1h on the way back. This time could have been spent better to stay longer at a cenote or something else. They must have some reasons but to me it seemed illogical.
