Great tour
Linda_L, Mar 2020
Elizabeth did a great job safely conducting an informational and tasty tour of some great Chicago eateries!
Linda_L, Mar 2020
Elizabeth was a great tour guide, she gave us time to explore and gave us so much information on the history of Chicago, the places we visited and made sure everyone was comfortable and even offered us seconds. The places we visited were uniquely Chicago. It was a comfortable walk and we were stuffed when we waddled off to the hotel!
A Chicago visitor's "must visit trip"

This was a perfect tour! Agi had a perfect blend of knowledge, history, and personality. The food was outstanding and we had all we could eat and then some. The pizza was our favorite part until we stopped in the Chicago Cultural center, we could not recommend this any higher, a go to trip! Thank you Agi!
Great tour!

Had a good time! Enjoyed the food and the history that went along with the areas we went to. Would Love to do it again.
Nikita_C, Nov 2019
Did this tour yesterday. Agi was our tour guide and had so much to share, not just food wise but also about the city while we were walking. It might go for 3 hours but it went so fast and the local foods we got to try were incredible. Thank you Agi
So much more than food!

Excellent tour. We enjoyed all of the food stops as well as all of the sights/history...that was an added bonus. Susie was a great guide!
Great Guide, Mediocre Food
Bill S, Oct 2019
Elizabeth was an excellent guide, very personable and knowledgeable about the area and its foods. However, we think the food itself was only average. The Brownie was not enjoyable and the Chicago Hot Dog was nothing special from a bar in the basement of a Macy's. However, Elizabeth took us to the Chicago Cultural Center to see the Tiffany Dome and to the Pedway and showed us many other interesting sites. It was an interesting tour, thanks to Elizabeth, but not the food.
Loved the tour!

Good food and history
Sandra_C, May 2019
This food tour was very good. The walking part was just right, no to long with time to rest in between locations. You got to enjoy some traditional Chicago food with a history lesson along the way. Our guide Agi was excellent. She made sure the group stayed together and everyone could hear her as she explained the history behind the chosen spots as well as other interesting facts about the city I would definitely recommend this tour as part of someones visit to the area.
don't miss this tour!
William_G, May 2019
don't miss this tour! Elizabeth gave a great tour, a mixture of the city history and the history of the food and restaurants themselves. When they say "Come hungry" they are not kidding! There is so much food on this tour it's amazing. Don't miss this tour and hopefully, get Elizabeth as your guide Great personality made it so fun and interesting!
3.5 stars for varied food/walking tour
Rachael_W, Apr 2019
We were a small group so the tour was about 2 hours as we spent less time at each food stop - a bigger group would be closer to the 3 hour mark. Varied food offerings - deep pan pizza (crunchy not doughy which was a relief), brownies, German sausage & egg noodle, Italian beef, chocolate & popcorn. All the food was good but the medic of savoury then sweet then savoury again was a bit odd & we brought our chocolate home rather than eat it between 2 savoury offerings. Elizabeth our guide was fun & engaging, and clearly knew the city and its food history. The tour included some historic sights and she took us into buildings we probably wouldn’t have seen without her, so that was a great bonus. Overall a good tour but perhaps more thought needed on the order of stops?
Ann_R, Mar 2019
It was a nice combination of Chicago fun facts, history AND good tastes. It was more comfortable than other tours too in that it had more sit down stops as well as more access to water and bathrooms. Those were added bonuses
Great introduction to Chicago food tour!
Robert_B, Mar 2019
We really enjoyed Elizabeth and the, Italian beef, popcorn and others really made for a nice step into Chicago food, and we got to hear about some history, both old and new! The stop at the Cultural Center was truly something to see.....don't hesitate, do it....its a great tour!
A Must
michaelwou, Oct 2018
If you find yourself in the Chicago area this tour is a must. The attraction is not just great food to be shared with old and new friends alike, but the history of the establishments are just as great as the food itself.
