Your tour begins with pickup from your central Hue hotel in time for a 5pm departure. After meeting your guide and small group of up to 10 people, hop aboard a Vespa and set out to explore the city.
Follow your guide around Hue Citadel, the city’s historic heart; through the colorful streets of Chinatown; and into the new city. Along the way, stop at street food stalls, family-run restaurants, and little known local spots, where you’ll get to taste an array of Vietnamese delicacies.
Sample dishes such as Nem Lụi (Hue lemongrass skewer with vegetable and rice paper) and Banh Khoai (Hue sizzling pancake with a special sauce), then tuck into tasty Hue Cakes, accompanied by various fish sauces. Finally, fill up with a bowl of Bún Bò Huế (beef noodle soup, topped with lots of green onions, and fresh herbs), and enjoy a cold beer or glass of local wine.
Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel around 9pm.
